I think UWorld has better content than Archer. Depending on when your exam is, I would get UWorld and renew Archer to practice different style questions. Take breaks. Like the Pomodoro method. To refresh your brain! Eat well and sleep well. Go by content area in studying or reviewing notes from missed questions but I opted for non-tutor mode in both Uworld and Archer for practice tests and mixed up content so I would train myself to expect any subject in the test mix.
